Scout's Honor, Ribs Manila, Fog City + more favorites at the Mandala Market

There's a new weekend market in town. Mandala Park, which starts on September 19 along Shaw Boulevard (behind Puregold), puts together Metro Manila's hottest concessionaires and most exciting home-based gourmets.
Food pro and chef JJ Yulo curated the purveyors and he tells us that some of the booths include BRGR Project, Ribs Manila, Fog City Creamery, Stanford & Shaw, Ramen Iroha, Edgy Veggy, Pure Nectar, Scout's Honor, B&T Mexican Kitchen, I Am Kim, Mister Fluffies, Poke Boy, Bulletproof Coffee, and Out of the Box.
According to JJ, the idea was to create a "laidback environment fueled by good food, backed up by sweet music, and a sense of place." Only curiosity and appetite are required to enjoy. Basti Artadi and The Nice Ones will provide the entertainment.
The market at Mandala Park will be open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
