Concept

A master planned integrated mixed-use community designed to comply with Mandaluyong's Green Building Ordinance, Mandala Park is Litton & Co., Inc.'s response to the regentrification of a side of Mandaluyong that offers a fresher more invigorating alternative. Aside from having well-lit and well-ventilated units, the design, construction and operation practices of every building inside Mandala Park generate the least impact on ecosystems and water resources. What sets the 3.2-hectare mixed-use property apart from other green developments is the fact that every building on the project will be built to qualify for the EDGE Green Building Certification.

The precise dimensions of Mandala Park allows it to offer residents access to amenities, sports and recreational facilities, and other lifestyle conveniences that are grounded on eight specific dimensions of wellness. It boasts of giving people a choice to live within a community that not only has ample breathing space but has elements that work together to provide a holistic approach to wellness. Its central location makes it strategically accessible to and from key cities like Manila, Makati, Pasig, Quezon City, and San Juan.

Mandala Park is designed to make sustainability and wellness accessible for all.

Its overall scheme is centered on the concept of living well based on the precepts of a holistic 8-dimensional approach. Beyond exercise or nutrition, the real definition of wellness is the full integration of the state of a person's mental, emotional, physical, occupational, intellectual, environmental, financial and spiritual wellbeing. It is in these eight realms where Litton & Co., Inc. had drawn its principle of healing, and as such, named its flagship property after the Sanskrit emblem of harmony and balance. More than a symbol of a sacred space, a metaphysical representation of the cosmos, the mandala is also a tool for guiding individuals along the path to enlightenment.

Within Mandala Park are 8 different zones, each with amenities designed to enrich a specific dimension of wellness.

  • The Intellectual zone has a library, a bookstore, reading nooks, poetry garden and huddle rooms.
  • The Spiritual zone is comprised of the meditation chapel and Zen gardens.
  • The Physical zones refer to the athletic hub, fitness & boxing gym, wellness spa, Olympic size swimming pool, jogging paths with exercise stations, basketball courts, and the football turf.
  • The Social zones refer to the retail plaza, linear parks, children playgrounds, aerobic gardens, game rooms, culinary studios, dance studios and the like.
  • The Emotional zone contains the art galleries, a mini theater and a music room.
  • The Occupational zone includes the Gentlemen's bar, coffee shops and putting greens.
  • The Financial zones include the offices for BPOs, the hotel, SOHO units, a business center, and function rooms.
